We start by sourcing the best suet (cow fat) we can find in the state of arizona. We only source 100% Grass Fed / Grass Finished Beef fat from local farmers. We process and render that suet at low temperatures with absolutely zero chemicals to give us a beautiful white tallow that we use in our products!

Our tallow reaches a max temperature of about 160 degrees in the whole heating and purifying process. The goal with our low temperature rendering method is to maintain as much of the great vitamins that exist in grass fed beef fat. Rendering tallow at a high temperature (above 220 degrees) can kill a lot of the things that make tallow so great!

The oils we source aren't only cold pressed but every oil we use is Organic Cold-pressed Hexane free oil. We would never add anything we wouldn't want on our own skin as ourselves and our families use every one of our products, so we ensure everything sourced is not a cheap oil cut with other oils. We ensure every oil is in its rawest, chemical free form.

We source every scent we use from a single source local to us in the sunny state of Arizona. Every essential oil used is steam distilled and in its most natural form to retain the goodness the essential oils have to offer. More often than not, cheap essential oils are either extracted with toxic chemical solvents or industrial farmed, making them cheaper to the end consumer but not great for the end consumer's long term health. Cold pressing and steam distillation to obtain essential oils are the only two natural raw methods that exist.
