We start each batch of freshly made tallow with 100% grass fed / grass finished beef suet from a butcher local to Arizona. We render the beef suet at low temperatures to create a clean, healthy concoction of grass fed beef tallow. We don't render our tallow at high temperatures in an attempt to maintain the delicate and very important fatty acids, vitamins and minerals that exist in tallow.
